Can my order be customised?

Specialised bulk orders can be customised. However, at the moment, we are unable to customise individual orders.

Do you cater for bulk orders?

Yes - Anything from ten magnets for your child's birthday party, to a thousand commercial magnets to promote your company - we cater for it all. Simply drop us a line via our contact page to discuss the details.

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

Yes - Discounts are calculated based on the volume of your order, so contact us for a personalised quote!

Are your products available anywhere else?

What do you charge for delivery?

The delivery on all of our orders - big or small - is fast and free!

Do you ship outside the UK?

Unfortunately, at the moment we are only able to ship to addresses within the UK. However, we are always looking to expand our services in the future.

How fast will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day when placed before 3pm, so your magnet reaches you as quickly as possible!

What delivery service do you use?

All of our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

According to Royal Mail, their 2nd Class service takes 2 - 3 working days to arrive. However please be aware that at busy periods (such as Christmas), this can change. For more information, please visit the Royal Mail website.

I think my order has been lost in the post, what shall I do?

Unfortunately, sometimes Royal Mail can experience unexpected delays, therefore we would ask that you wait 10 working days from the date of ordering and if your order has not arrived by then, please contact us.

I've received my order, but there is an item missing/damaged. What should I do?

We're very sorry that there was a problem with your order. In either case, please send us the details via our contact page and we will get back to you ASAP.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns in this case.

Do you accept returns if my item is faulty?

If your item is faulty or damaged in any way on arrival, please contact us and we will deal with each case individually.

Do you accept returns if there is an error in my bulk order?

We strongly advise everyone who places a customised bulk order, whether it be personal or commercial, to thoroughly check the spelling and wording on their magnets as we are unable to accept returns due to customer error. In the extremely rare case that we have made an error, please get in contact with us and we will get back to you ASAP.
